Been thinking I should maybe join a group for extra motivation, encouragement and helpful diet/exercise tips that work for others...I haven't really tried that route so much yet. Mostly just been using this site to keep me honest and to track my own progress. Sooooo I will check out some of the current groups and choose one or two to see if that will help. ;-) Cheers Ya'll!
