Weigh in anxiety this morning. I walked a lot this week, except last night, of course. I ate clean. Pretty sure I'm smaller, because I'm wearing two sizes down, but *cue suspense music* there's that scale thing. Their scale. I hate it. It's that judgment/anxiety/truth that I'm paying for, because it does actually work for me. It's different than the PA years back that made me go up to the BMI chart and read out loud to her that I was indeed in the "morbidly obese zone". Humiliating as hell, didn't go back to that office ever again.

I have to remember that my body works in fits and starts. I am much more active on weekends, but I need to make more time for me during the day. That part is so challenging in this work environment. Employers want it all. 9-10 hour days, healthy employees who get enough sleep and exercise and oh, would you connect your fitness device to this third party website for a couple hundred extra dollars? Nope on that one, I read the license and the privacy policy. Once I give them rights to that data, I lose control of it and it could make its way to a third or fourth or fifth party. I'm a little paranoid that way, but I still log here. Go figure.

I'm sure I'm down, I'm sure it will be fine. I'm sure I need to add even more weight training in and up my cardio. Good grief. Almost time for second breakfast says the slightly neurotic mess.
