So I started a gym membership at the MAC Harboreast. I love the club and have been there most of the days since I signed up a week ago. My plan is to burn up 600 Calories a day. I have yet to reach that goal but yesterday I came close with my cardio at 515 in my 1 hour period. So this morning I am going for the big one! Also, I need to eat on a schedule and get hydrated.
