OK another question - do you use a dehydrator to dry them out like the recipe says or do you do something else? What kinds of cheese and spices do you use b/c yours look really good/

1 head cauliflower, riced (about 3 cups) Or you can use Frozen pre-riced cauliflower
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fine himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon braggs sea kelps spices
cup and half of grated Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese blend
baked at 400 for 25 minutes. Bake on parchment paper
trick to spread it thin was lay parchment paper on top and use it to cover to smooth out the mixture across baking pan.
