I gained 0.9lbs this week and I'm quite surprised it wasn't more. My diet has been crappy, I haven't been under my RDI all week. My goal is now further away...WRONG DIRECTION!!

Time to re-focus on what is important, health & happiness...I'm going to take a page out of posterchild's book & start riding my bike (pedal bike, not motorcycle) with my daughter more...more activity will keep me from getting bored and snacking.

Under 190lbs by August 29th is my goal...so 33lbs in 14 weeks...time to get to work!

Get on it! Biking is so much fun, and I bet you have some good roads and trails around your area. You just have to watch out for old man winter! You should be a good until August tho :-P
