Still eating on atkins plan. I have exercised last 2 days. This isnt easy for me. Lord please help me keep going.

Exercise is a habit and it takes 3 or more weeks to make a habit. Most people don't love exercise, but they love how it makes them feel and look. Try different things till you find something you can stick with. You might just buy a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. You might go walking for 30 minutes with some music each day. There are many workout dvds which are 30 min or less you might enjoy. Once it becomes a habit, it gets easier. Same with diet. Losing weight isn't easy for anyone or we would all be skinny, lol!
