You don't know how long 10 minutes is until you get on the exercise bike and set the clock for 10 minutes! This is going to be the start of a new day as I plan on getting on the bike regularly. Tonight is bowling and that should take my mind off of snacks for the evening plus get some more exercise.

Every time I exercise I say I only have to do as much as I can, but I have to push myself to that limit. At first, 10 mins was a challenge. Every day you will get stronger, as will your endurance. Keep up the good work.

I did another 10 minutes on the exercise bike today and it wasn't any easier. My legs really start feeling heavy. Tomorrow another 10!
