regaining focus...I got off track and was feeling sorry for myself. one step at a time will get me there...refocusing on my calorie intake...weight watchers style!!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
