ok now i think that i have hit a plateau and i am so frustrated with it. in the last 4 days i have not lost any weight. i am going to give it 2 more weeks and push hard everyday and hopefully i will see results so until then no more scale or measuring i am just going to see what happens and who knows maybe ill surprise myself in 2 weeks and have dropped weight and lost inches. HOPEFULLY!!! well until then i am just here working out and trying to stay focused everyday with out thinking about my none weight loss :(
