I have eliminated the majority of my downfalls from the house. As I went shopping yesterday I didn't buy anything that was full of fat, or processed. If I don't buy it, I can't cheat. It keeps me focused. I was very surprised when I stepped on the scale today. I am not walking like I promised myself. Maybe today.
