Well, it has been a while since I last weighed in, and considering that I spent 14 days on an offshore drilling rig, with every high carb temptation in front of my beak, I don’t feel too bad that I only picked up 0.6 lbs. Now that I am back on land, it is back to a more controlled regimen.
