So disappointed today guys. 😞 I attended your 5am workout class and I had nothing in me to give. No energy! Any suggestions on enhancing energy before an intense workout? I usually have a snack/protein bar but I haven’t been successful the past 2 times.

I don't work out but I know walking gives me energy and I do it before a meal.

Keep at it. Slowly but surely exercises alone will give you more energy. Don't give up.
