Biggest challenges were eating enough to meet the RDI, and getting the right % of fat/protein/carbs.
On my busiest days, my food was right but I either didn't eat full RDI or the percentages weren't quite right, or both.
Good news is that I increased my exercise a lot and my clothes are fitting better.
