Ok! For work there is a conference/get together in October and it will probably be at the beach. Now, yes, it will be October, but the house we're trying to rent will have a pool and hot tub. I'm not a big water person, but I'm sure I'll not want to be a party pooper. I have 20 weeks to get in shape for that. 20 lbs to go, 20 weeks to the conference. Coincidence?

Sunday I went to a 2 hour yoga workshop for "couples" as in, 2 people, so it doesn't have to be your partner. Anyway, my friend and I went and it was lot of fun. I'm a bit sore today, but almost the kind of sore after a massage. Here's a couple pictures - I'm in the blue shirt





Tonight I went to the gym and did probably too much exercise, but I feel ok right now. I did an aerobics class, then a little bit on the row machine, elliptical and walk/jogged 1 mile on the treadmill.
Now, off to the shower and bed!

20 pounds in 20 weeks? You can totally do that!!! :) That partner yoga class looks like fun!!

Those pictures are so big that I can't read all of your journal because some of the words are hidden behind the ads on the right hand side! It's great that you have a goal to lose 20 lbs in 20 weeks and a reason to do it. You can do it! I've never heard of partner yoga before. It looks very interesting!

Hm. I have no idea how to change the size. Any ideas? Oh well. The class was interesting. It's basically the partner helps you get more of a stretch or stability you may not have on your own.

You can change the picture size if you have photo software. Then you just "save as" under a modified name so you still have the original.
