Thank you for posting this! After my salad one night I looked at yours and believe it or not it looked great! I`m saying this because usually after eating a salad it`s not another salad that you want to eat. It gave me the idea of trying eggs in a salad which I did yesterday. I can easily go without eating them and eat them only twice a year since they don`t agree with me. It worked yesterday in the salad and I was fine!
