Today is my second day off of gluten and soy. It's been REALLY hard to get completely off dairy. I haven't had any cheese but I still have my tea with milk every day in order to stay up and study.

However, today I did notice a HUGE change in mood and energy. I feel much more energetic (no need for a nap) and much happier.

I noticed that if I have protein in my meal then I'm much more satisfied. The beans/legumes are satisfying but not for more than 2 hours. I still feel hungry.

My skin is still botched up from my gluten binge on Saturday. I completely broke out on Saturday night (after having eaten tons of doritos, two starbucks paninis and cookies).

Towards the end of the day (around 8pm) I started to feel bloated - wonder if it is the beans?
