Saying buh-bye to the teens and celebrating 209.1. I visit my corporate office every 4 weeks or so and can't wait to go next time, when it should show a little!
209.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
