Ok.. the blaring Weigh In Now! alert is up.. been 16 days since my last official weigh-in .. of course b/c i do not record gains.

tom is officially gone... had an amazing weekend with my fiance, so now its time to re-focus and hustle. I usually go thru my stalls that end up making my graph look like a staircase... and i have a feeling when i get the balls to weigh in in the morning i'm not gonna be happy.

but hey, we all gotta start somewhere, me not knowing isn't gonna change the facts.. lets hope the stupid weigh in sign doesn't have to stay up for that much longer...not hopeful i'll see a drop this week however...

I know how that feels. I am about 4 & 1/2 pounds from what my weight says at the top of my screen. But I don't log the gains either. You have been doing so great, I am sure you will be back to that number before too long. Stay strong girl!

i log it all, good and bad...whenever i do get on the scale. like right now, i've been avoiding it for a couple days. bad bad bad jess lately. hope it's not as bad as you think!

oh it was as bad as i thought..lol.. but i usually don't put much weight to the beginning of the week when i know its right after my weekend.. hope my saturday is better.. :/

I tend to log it all too - I kind of like to see the fluctuations and how they correspond to my diet calendar/tom/stress levels/etc... Make this week a great one!!!

I wasn't logging the gains. I just kept it at whatever weight was lowest. Unfortunately, I found I was ignoring the gains way to often. I'm up almost 20 lbs from my lowest, so I had to finally come to grips with it. I'm so happy you had such a great weekend. I hope your whole week is as great! Hugs!!!

the main reason i don't log my gains is b/c i weigh in everyday for the most part and feel its counterproductive to log a cheat day weigh in... i considered if i was quite a distance from my low at the end of this week logging the gain, but it hurts my heart..lol... i'm normally no more than a pound or so away from my low.. doesnt seem necessary usually... i guess we will see.
