Just got back from a small, mini get-away. Really did bad on this diet thing, but back on track today! Trying to see how to list foods as favorites, not as meals, but just as favorites. Seems the food dairy only shows Most Recent. Anyone know how, please appreciate the help. Trying to keep this as a life changing eating habit, not just a diet. Need to lose 50+. Slow going but determined this time!

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 May 2012:
1117 kcal Fat: 34.05g | Prot: 45.78g | Carb: 168.50g.   Breakfast: French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, publix skim milk, cheerios, coffee. Lunch: thomas bagel thins everything, weight watchers whipped cream cheese spread. Dinner: Great Value Shells, Hunts four cheese pasta sauce, farm fresh turkey meatballs. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Creamsicle, pistachios in individual packets. more...
