The first week of dieting went okay until this past weekend. Nothing exciting is coming up for three weeks, so I will eat really well. I am going to attempt to stick to a 1400 calorie diet excluding fruits and veggies. WeightWatchers worked well for me and fruits and veggies didn't count in that. I'm upset that my weight isn't lower, but I did pig out this weekend on Pizza and alcohol. So...my fault! Live and learn and move on :)
