Been slacking with my exercise. I get my mins in but I think I can do more. Today is my Spike day, so tomorrow I am going to approach my exercise with excitment again. Just Dance here I come!

Enjoy your spike day. As for your workout tomorrow...dance till you sweat. When I want to give my Zumba workout an extra umph I put weights on my wrist and do abs/weights before I start the dvd/class. That usually makes me sweat more b/c I've already got my heart rate up. Just an idea. Have a great day.

Why was your spike day a bust? I look forward to doing the Just Dance with you. Unfortunately, I tried to break in new rollerblades on Saturday and Sunday so I have a bad blister. I am going to dance through it though. We'll give it extra umph so you can feel good about it.

I thought I would have a seconds and a big dessert with our dinner guests. But they barely ate. And the only brought cookies. So I only went over by 150 calories. But I made up the difference last night so it is all good now! I did have fun w Just dance! I am glad we are doing that!
