I've been working out 5 hous a week. It is helping with my stress level. I also am happy that I've started watching potions. I realized that I eat fairly well...... Just too much food. I'm back to logging food on Monday.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
