First day of Atkins induction and first day of summer school!
My goal is to lose 15 lbs in the 2 week + induction.

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 May 2012:
1403 kcal Fat: 93.41g | Prot: 101.11g | Carb: 42.06g.   Breakfast: fish oil pill, one a day, fiber therapy, atkins shake. Lunch: pork rinds original. Dinner: iceburg lettuce, ginger, sesame oil, egg, pork loin, soy sauce, garlic, green onion, olive oil, cauliflower fresh. Snacks/Other: natural peanut butter kroger, celery, deviled eggs, atkins peanut butter chocolate. more...
