Double whammy, I am on vacation and non weight bearing. The elliptical and I are friends. The eating is not going so well as I tend to be about 5-11% over by RDI :(
175.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
