Nice weight to start the week! 223.0 even.

Yesterday I wanted to exercise, but I did not. I was still very sore in my upper body from my weight lifting (no pain no gain!)

I did some reading on biking, what my goals are, etc. Right now I bike for fun and exercise, but who knows. I found out I have learned much of what is right and wrong on my own. I realized I was pedaling too hard, so I needed to downshift and pedal faster (and easier), then I read that online yesterday. I also was able to confirm my start/stop routine. I was also able to see that I was overdoing it a bit. Biking is just so much fun! Its like walking or eating, we have to do it, so its hard not to overdo it...

Yesterday's meals were simple things, eggs with veggies in the AM, veggies at lunch, and Salsa chicken for dinner. We had leftover homemade salsa from the taco night, so I used it and a little store bought with chopped up chicken breast with veggies. I made a low carb wrap out of mine, but the kids had theirs over rice. It was nice and probably something that will be made again.

Off to work!

You sound like you're in a great place, JP. Well done. It seems like just the other day you were struggling getting under 240. :)

I know King, Thank you! I remember that, and the 236 issues... Its weird how numbers stick in our heads. Just found a very nice site for my biking called Strava _ dot _com. It works with google tracks which is what I use on my old android. I am excited! I was able to upload a month of old data. I miss Nike+ for that reason. It also works with walking or whatever.
