Restarting my diet from today onwards. Will start off RDI at <= 2000 calories per day. I'm starting from Week Zero. The actual 2155 calories/day will start on Week 1 and so on and so forth.

Based on a 5 day/week exercise.
For Fat Loss : 2155 calories a day and for Extreme Fat Loss : 1616 calories a day.

Macro Nutrients Percentage(http://www.freedieting.com/tools/nutrient_calculator.htm)
Based on a Low Carb Diet, at 5 meals/day.
Carbohydrate : 25%(134gram) /day
Protein : 40%(215gram) /day
Fat : 35%(83gram) /day
