I have to say..this had been a pretty good day for me...I ate healthy all day ....Went shopping with my hubby(Lowe's)LOL..we did a lot of walking around...Went to the gym..worked out 2 hours..
Treadmill..30 mins
Elliptical..60 mins
Nustep......30 mins
i hope everyone is having a good evening...
