Okay finally down another lb. feels like it’s taking forever but in all honesty it’s only been a few weeks. Eating low-no carbs. Sweet cravings are way way low now. The turtle wins the race, don’t they say? 👍🏻 have a great weekend everyone
142.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
