think i'm going to try calorie cycling. lowering my caloric intake definitely brought be out of my 170 pound plateau, but now i'm at a 160 pound plateau and i'm positive that i'm not eating enough. it's hard to go back to eating normally after a few weeks of being around 1000 calories, though.
