A friend of mine came over last night for dinner and brought chocolate cake for dessert. Had a piece last night, and another after lunch today. After eating the second piece, I felt like crap. What a surprise! That kicked my butt into rejoining fatsecret in full force. Now I'm going to go for a bike ride to burn some of those calories back off.
