It is so great to weigh less regardless of how much less. I have to remember that whenever I get discouraged. It isn't about aesthetics, it is about having good cholesterol, low blood pressure, not being at risk for Diabetes, doing a workout and being able to complete it. Not to mention the fact that I feel good, I have energy and I am trying to diminish the importance of food in my life. I am not missing out on anything if everyone else is eating cookies, I don't have to turn to food when I feel stressed or depressed, I like the idea of thinking about it as energy. I am having a good day.
