Doing pretty well this week according to my caloric intake and food choices. Doing great with strength training and cardio workouts. Doing all exersizes recommended by the trainer and walking instead of driving as much as possible.
Thing is though, while I feel good about doing everything I'm supposed to... I don't feel like I'm losing any weight. Not weighing myself on recommendation of the trainer, so I suppose I should just be patient. Something else I'm practicing, but haven't yet perfected. ;-)
