I am starting phase one over again, I cheated too much and feel like I need one more fresh start... I know I can do it!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

We've all had our slip ups and set backs, but all you can do is start again and keep plugging away at it. I've been there myself one too many times. Just keep up the positive attitude and you'll make it happen!
