To those who are worried about thyroid issues with soy. Soy, along with some other common foods like broccoli and bok choy, may block the absorption of some iodine. Make sure to have the recommended iodine in your diet and you'll get all the benefits from soy without the worry. Easy way to do this would be to add a little nori or other seaweed in the stir fry or add some iodized salt.

Don't know about anyone else, but I used Soy protein shakes for about a year, and it totally shut down my metabolism.
