For all you low carb folks - I tried the birds eye frozen zucchini spirals today. I’ve heard they are great substitutes for noodles. 2 things of note ... first, if you use the camera feature to log the food, the information is not correct. Second - in my opinion- French cut green beans are a much better noodle substitute. Plus you get more for your carb buck. That is all 😊

Thanks for the heads up! I do mine fresh. I have never seen them frozen. I have never tried the string beans, but love the zoodles.

They were just like fresh zoodles.

I just bought some and they are in the freezer. I look forward to trying them. I like to cook them till they are soft like noodles but haven't gotten the fresh ones to get that way. I am thinking I need to cook them longer.
