I hate the scale sometimes. I am still eating well with little snacking and I had a good yoga workout last night. I still put on 2 lbs. Not happy, but I do that sometimes. I'll bet tomorrow will be drastically better. I have a great leg and back workout tonight.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
