200 level short lived -too excited and bam , here I am - I sat at my desk all day yesterday eating bon bons lol - stress up 300percent trying to cope - Nothing like the fellow losing his good friends too early in life - I know everyone is thinking of him - He and basically all of you are in my thoughts and prayers also - What a great bunch of people on this site - Eating crow right now and getting back to it -

That's nothing John! Come you pull yourself up and stay strong. This is why I advocate not to weigh so much. I wait 2 weeks between, the body is fickle. If you dwell on it and you already know this you'll continue to eat wrong. Stay on you plan put on your big boy panties and go forward❤️

What eating bon bons! nothing like making it tougher on yourself over a piddly 1.8 gain..you fall to pieces, this isn't a contest.just double up where you failed and continue on as a woe.everyone enjoys your food post just watch what your eating my friend.

You'll bounce back!! You've come to far. I stress eat too. But I've decided instead of stress eating I'm exercising or meditating.
