I am doing so well. I am amazed at how upping my protein has increased my weight loss. The IF till 2:00 has been surprisingly easy. I am still low carb but not as much as I used to be. Eventually, I will add more tubers, squashes. I am just trying out a small amount of beets with my other veggies at my 2:00 meal.
One bad thing is that my sleep has been terrible. I am going to try eating earlier when I get home from work and using more supplements to see if this might help.
