Heading to the doctors office, packed a dumbbell in my pocketbook, lets see what I can do with this! lol
Hope I don't break a window lol

Ty Gingerk65 lol didnt have to weigh it was a dermatologist appointment he's sending me for tests grrrr Ty ScottH Murph the last time I went to the doctors I walked over a mile in the examine room, so this time I thought I would continue with doing squats and arm exercises using the dumbbell! I got about 25 minutes in before he appeared. Maybe I should write a blog exercises you can do in an examine room lol My conclusion: You can burn calories no matter where you are!
