Got up at 4:00 am and went to the gym. Ran sprints on the treadmill. Did arms and shoulders. 45 minute workout. Great way to start the day. Trying to keep my calories below 1400.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Yes, That is going to be a huge motivation for me! I have been struggling alot to wake up in the morning and workout... as i work 9 to 5.
