Saturday night social evening at some good friends; Dinner which consisted of appies, main course, wine pairings and desert totalled 2170 calories...almost my entire daily target. Offset the above with an endurance session on the day of and on the next day after the social evening. End result, great meal and visit, no fat gained and got in two longer than normal sessions which helps my cardio and leg endurance...a win/win/win :-)

Thnx 2426girl...if I didn't "need" those endurance sessions I would have limited intake preceding and following instead....less work but same end result.
