Been taking magnesium supplements on keto and it has been helping with “brain fog” on keto.

1 week result on keto on a 500 calorie deficit and lost 1 lb in one week 20 net carbs 50-70% fat and 20-30% protein.

I was able to get past my hunger with mtc oil in the morning and giving myself a 4-5 hr eatting window in the evening. Bullet coffee in the morning can last me till around 5pm before hunger sets in.
