This is actually oat bran instead of oatmeal. Very tasty and filling.

It has 23g of carbs, 6g of dietary fiber and 6g of protein. Not Keto friendly, but I don't do Keto. I strive for healthy carbs. This is straight oat bran, Hodgson Mill brand. I add less than a teaspoon of Demerara sugar, 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter, cinnamon and whatever fruit I have on hand.

I love oat bran too. It’s very dense. I’m into density in my foods! It also has lots of fiber. I add a teaspoon of real maple syrup!
