I haven't weighed for a fortnight imagine my shock when it showed 11st.4. I have been eating extra but didnt realise how much as I haven't been counting calories but as from today I am back on my diet and should show a loss next week.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
