My two food weaknesses; a good bowl of chili and nacho cheese doritos. My workplace has a chowhall that serves some BOMB chili. Resisting it's charms is difficult, but today I'll succeed in overcoming it's temptation >:)

Ya, I have to resist! I have military fitness evals on the 3rd. The situps, pushups, and waist circumference isnt really the issue... it's the run I have to worry about. Running has never been something I was good at or could stick with. Did I mention I'm a procrastinator? Haha. I think dropping a few lbs and getting in intervals and sprints will make a difference as long as the knee doesnt act up. It's been 6 months since the surgery, but you know how it can take a while to get back to 100% when it comes to joints, especially laod bearing joints.

nacho cheese is like the most borning flavor of doritos! they have eleventy billion other more awesomes. if you're gonna eat some, make it a fancy one!

They're o-k... can't beat the original! Although, I do dig ranch as well... it's at a close second :) Wish there was nacho cheese flavored powder. I'd put it on everything!

In my fat girl days, I liked to scoop up cottage cheese with doritos. If you did this, not only would you get some protein from the cottage cheese, but you'd get fuller faster and consume less chips... just a thought.

Doritos....gross! Thankfully a summer spent loading trucks for Frito Lay, after high school, cured me of any craving for their products. Nothing like the smell of French Onion Sun Chips, Doritos and the occasional rancid, broken bottle of salsa in 114 degree heat in semi trucks to put you off a brand!
