I learned that my system doesn't like too much dairy; it wasn't the calories from the frozen yogurt that kept me form losing weight. Plenty of water, fruit, and veggies took care of that problem! I would like to lose weight more quickly now that we're having good weather. I'm going to try to reduce my calories more. Kind of a volumetrics thing; eat more of less-calorie-dense foods so I feel full yet eat fewer calories. My Turkey Mexican Taco Stew had only 266 calories last night was tasty & satisfying ; salads will be great, too.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
