Lost 4 pounds this week. I can thank my oldest son for that. I really havent been following a diet. Just been chasing him. gonna start recording my food from now on.

How do you record that exercise? There should be a catagory for it. I find the diet calender the best tool on this site. It makes it so easy to see where all of the extra calories are coming from and what I have to work on.

ikr. there really should. i recorded it as a hour of light walking.

Go to that link....it does have "playing with children" in activity..after you get your calories burned, you can input it in your exercise diary as "other"! Hope this works!
