1009 kcal Fat: 65.46g | Prot: 75.99g | Carb: 35.67g.   Breakfast: Egg, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, banana, mushrooms, onion, spinach, jimmy dean sausage. Lunch: tyson chicken breast strips, cucumber, mayonnaise, hamburger dill pickles, ranch dressing, lettuce. Dinner: black olives, gortons grilled shrimp. Snacks/Other: artic zero ice cream, david & Son's sunflower seeds. more...
