Anything I focus on shows results. I'm doing much more than I formally did and probably losing weight faster. By the calculations of food in and exercise out, I'm losing 2000 calories/day. It takes a bit of will power at certain times, but overall not much. My dinner is a larger meal, I like it that way. Lunch is very spare.
I think if I could just make myself write down what I eat every day, I'd maintain my weight. Just that consciousness. Perhaps I can do it. Time will tell.
