today was a good day. I got up this morning I did not eat until about 12. I did not eat until I felt hungry. i - today for to dashes. my mood today I felt a little annoyed I only ate 2 slices of pizza which was great. But I feel like I'm buying and doing everything for everybody. I looked at LA Fitness again today and and weighed myself and I weigh 234 pounds which was great I drink about 5 bottles of water today and my blood sugar was 3 47 when I woke up

Oh ya, forgot heavy alcohol drinking the night before will cause those numbers.if not have yourself checked out.
